Refunds or Returns for purchases made at Adaland Mansion
Credit card refunds can be requested here for event tickets or buffet dinners. All check refunds will be issued by check from Adaland Mansion and sent by mail to the address provided to us on the purchasing check. Refunds could take up to 4 weeks to be received. This includes purchases at our giftshop as deposits are not regularly made.
If your refund is for deposits for weddings or private events please contact the office to arrangements to pickup or send event deposits.
Refunds are not issued after 5 days before a Buffet dinner or private event dinner/luncheon. This restriction allows Adaland to provide our catering staff with funds for the purchasing of food for the upcoming event. No gift cards will be issued for refunds of this type.
